LEVELS OF CARE
In addition to the services provided to all Bellaire at Stone Port residents, four levels of care are offered to those needing additional support. Care levels are determined through an individualized assessment and include assistance with the following activities of daily living:
- Medication Administration
- Assistance in the restroom
- Bathing or showering
- Help choosing clothing and dressing
- Personal grooming and oral hygiene
- Incontinent care
- Transferring from bed to wheelchair
- Mobility assistance for walking and wheelchairs
- Meal assistance
- Laundry assistance
